Captain America - As played by

NOW. I had to come back and add new info here because I saw the Cap movie and I LOVED IT and Chris Evans was BRILLIANT AND PERFECT. I just think they cast him perfectly. It would have been cool to see Jensen as Cap too but I am so entirely pleased and happy with the outcome of the movie.

So just consider this my hat tip to the wonderful Jensen AND Cap!

I finally got around to reading some of Ultimates and Cap is so awful in it. Jesus. I can't even read it. SORRY IF YOU'RE A FAN, I just can't take his awful judgmental attitude.

So, I was really hoping Jensen Ackles would play Captain America. So I decided to try drawing him as Captain America anyways, just for fun.

I LOVE THIS UNIFORM. I saw a picture of it a while back (it's from the Ultimates Captain America storyline) and it's just so great. I love that it's an altered military uniform.

Sincerest apologies to the loyal fans of the Avengers and Captain America for any mistakes I've made in drawing him. I haven't read very many comics that featured The Cap as I'm more of a DC girl at heart.

PS: Honestly I'm not trying to make a statement about casting, I really just did this for fun. I can't wait to see the Captain America movie when it comes out.
