Drew this for a prompt over on Livejournal. John and Sherlock (from Sherlock BBC) in the Renaissance period. I actually didn't do as much research as I should have on their clothes. Sherlock is in something English and John something Dutch and later in the period. Their hair isn't accurate at all. IDK, man, I never liked Renaissance fashion, lol. FORGIVE MY INADEQUACIES.

AND YES, Sherlock has tights on. :P I swear he does.

Actually if you take it that Benedict was in the Other Boleyn Girl dressed similarly to this and Martin played Rembrandt and was dressed similarly to this too, you've not done too badly. Take it from someone who does a lot of Tudor reenactment and costume, this doesn't look too bad.

My family does re-enactments and I find your clothing to be very fitting for both the period and our favorite crime solving duo!
